Founded in 2019 by an experienced and dedicated team of trustees, rescuers and volunteers both in the United Kingdom and Romania, PFNB are a non-profit group dedicated to rescuing and rehabilitating strays and neglected animals throughout Europe.
Our main focus is to rescue dogs and cats from the harsh streets and cruel kill shelters of Romania. Backed by a small shelter in Romania, we aim to do what is best for those in need, by rescuing innocent animals and providing a safe, healthy & loving environment.
Our mission is to provide the necessary care and love for our pawed friends, with the hope that they will be re-homed across the UK, and live their next chapters in loving homes.
We strongly believe that every animal deserves the chance to leave paw prints in someone’s heart...

Meet five month old Frida! Frida and her sister were about to be abandoned at the public shelter when a team member happened to drive by. She managed to get this stunning little girl into our care and promissed Frida to find her a warm bed for the winter. Do you have room in your home and heart to welcome this adorable girl?

Cats of the week
These lovely four Jo, Tammy, Colin and Rafiki are all sweet, friendly babies who get on well with other animals. They’ll all be vaccinated, neutered and microchipped before travel.
